    用茄子代替饼胚做成的披萨吃起来负担感直降。奶香不腻,蔬菜搭配在一起很清新。

    将烤箱预热至200°C。Preheat oven to 200°C.

    将茄子切片,每片½寸的厚度。Slice the eggplant into 1/2” slices.

    Step 3

    将切片茄子铺在烤盘上,撒一些盐。Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt.

    Step 4

    静置茄子约10-12分钟至出水份。Allow the eggplant slices to sweat for 10-12 minutes.

    用纸巾吸干水份。Dab off the water with a paper towel.

    Step 6

    茄子两面均匀地抹上橄榄油。Brush both sides of your eggplant slices with olive oil.

    Step 7

    添加披萨酱,撒上奶酪及其余配料。Add pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese, then add your toppings.

    Step 8

    放入烤箱烘烤10分钟,或直到奶酪变成金黄色。Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese becomes golden brown around the edges.
